ServiceWorks has in-built costing for all parts or services offered. The job costing report shows the information by job or by parts. ServiceWorks doesn’t have the ability to track additional expenses currently.

Time Tracking for Payroll

ServiceWorks tracks the time of employees systematically which can also be manually overridden if permitted. We also have elaborate employee commission to track not only the work hours, but also the miles travelled, and their commission amount based on flat price or percentage. ServiceWorks doesn’t process payroll but generates data so that you can plug into your payroll system easily.

GPS Tracking on Technicians on the Field

ServiceWorks tracks the employee in the field while they use their mobile application. The system geo time stamps their location. And the history of their route is also available.

Multi Location Inventory Management

ServiceWorks makes is easy for you to keep track of inventory across multi location. You can not only track inventory, you can also adjust inventory and also transfer items between locations with ease.

Issue Purchase Order from Approved Work Order

ServiceWorks can enable P.O. creation for approved vendors from job, sales order or on its own. We currently integrate with Marcone inventory to automatically send P.O. request to Marcone and then automatically get the status of the P.O. from the source. We can implement similar integration with Larson Order System.
